Trust and a strong conviction that there is always a gift in times of chaos and uncertainty, is a cornerstone of Jeff’s being. Trust and intuition is generally an aspect of our natural state of being and it is within us to create the ability to thrive through uncertainty. However, we often experience it as counterintuitive to surrender into trust in challenging times.

Through our personal history, self-doubt and fear we close ourselves off the possibility of feeling guided and supported and to connect to our inherited wisdom. Trust in yourself and in the orchestra of the Universe, like anything else, can be developed.

In this 1-day workshop – Australian times- we will clean our filters through which we listen to our inner voice and return to an intuitive state of being. We build resilience and a strong motivation to shift from fear to acceptance and expansion.
