Rhythm of Creation Retreat Cape Town: Returning to Life’s Original Beat

The rhythm of Africa – the origin of life – calls us back to simplicity and purity. Jeff‘s annual signature SA retreat is always one of a kind and in February 2026 an invitation to return to the heartbeat of source, to realign with the natural inheritance of the divine within, and to move once more in harmony with the greater pulse of existence.

Jeff will guide us through profound Life Alignment processes, attuning what is ready to be transformed and opening a path back to clarity, innocence, and truth.

Through group work and deep alignment we will embody the living rhythm of creation. Just a few kilometres from the cave holding the oldest known remains of humankind, we will gather in this ancient energy to create, remember, and reconnect.

We will also be enriched by the wisdom of an African Sangoma as well as experience rituals of breath, sound, movement, and nature – each opening a doorway into the original flow of life.

The retreat takes place from 5–9 February 2026, beginning at 11h00 on Thursday and ending after lunch at 14h00 on Monday. You may arrive the evening before and/ or stay on with others afterwards.
